ARC-NEPA 2021 Bargaining: Report 1

The CWA Local 13500 Bargaining Committee reports:

The Local and NEPA Bargaining teams met today in a virtual conference to negotiate the renewal of our Local contract. These Local negotiations take place while the National Coalition negotiates the terms of wages and benefits applicable to all Red Cross locals nationally.

The Local opened with proposals to improve the Recognition Clause, Meal Allowance, Shoe Allowance, Severance Pay, Leave Provisions and Holidays in overtime build up. We also proposed including the MOA’s on Driver Selection and CSII and CTIII with CDL into the contract.
