AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #48
The bargaining teams met formally today. Our Union team resubmitted demands to equalize termination pay across all Articles (43, 44, 45 and 39) by moving those with a lesser term pay schedule to the full 104 weeks provided by Article 25.
On Leverage Title issues, we presented a revised proposal focusing on getting some quota relief for contractual paid time off, readjusting the quota when the majority of a work group is not meeting 100% of the target, and eliminating the “pre-qualifiers” that are punishing even those who make 100% of target.
We will most likely not be meeting with the Company again until after the weekend, though our team is available should conditions change.
