Bargaining Report #85: Frontier Communications
The Union and the Company continue to have ongoing dialog concerning both Committees’ priorities. Yesterday, the Union went through the open proposals that the Company continues to assert are critical for them. The Union has advised the Company that bargaining is a two way street. We have repeatedly told the Company that our members’ issues need to be addressed. Job Security, Pensions, and Healthcare remain on the Union Bargaining Committee’s agenda, as they have from the beginning of bargaining. The Union Committee will continue to review all proposals in an effort to reach a fair and equitable settlement.
