On Thursday, October 26, 2023, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

After meeting with the company numerous times since Monday morning, this afternoon we were able to come to a tentative agreement. Highlights of the agreement include:

• A 5 year term
• Annual wage increases which compound to 14.8%
• Improved Boot Allowance
• Improved Bereavement Leave
• Improved Layoff Allowance
• Improved PTO Scheduling Language
• Improved Tour Differentials
• Improved Standby Pay
• 3 Additional Holidays
• And more…

A comprehensive list of all changes to the contract will be available soon for you to review. We will hold a contract explanation meeting, answer all questions, AND have the ratification vote on:
