CCI-ILEC 2023 Bargaining Report #2

On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

We had several sessions with the Company via Zoom again today Tuesday [sic], August 23, 2023. We passed more proposals today, looking to add additional bodies to the workforce and control forced overtime volumes. The company also passed new proposals today seeking givebacks on telephone allowances and sickness and disability leave. 

We are scheduled to meet again tomorrow August 24, 2023. We will continue to fight the company’s efforts to strip you of your bargained for rights.
