CCI-ILEC 2023 Bargaining Report #8

On Thursday, September 21, 2023, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

After meeting with the company over the last two days, late this afternoon we were able to come to a tentative agreement. Highlights of the agreement include:

• A 3 year term
• Annual wage increases
• Improvement to performance basement
• New Broadband Installer title added to contract
• Improved training language
• Caps on forced/mandatory overtime
• Improved boot allowance
• Protected YOUR rights to Sickness and Disability benefits
• And more…

A comprehensive list of all changes to the contract will be available soon for you to review. We will hold a contract explanation meeting, answer all questions, AND have the ratification vote on:
