CCI (CLEC) Final Bargaining Report: April 30, 2012

The ratification vote was conducted this evening on the Tentative Agreement that was reached by the Union and Company Bargaining Committees on Wednesday, 04/18/12.

All members in Local 13000/Unit 104/Branches 4 and 5 cast a ballot and a majority voted to accept it. The TA had been recommended by the Union Bargaining Committee.

It’s imperative for the members to further familiarize themselves with the new contract language and then contact a Unit Officer if there are questions or need for clarifications.

The members’ input and support was appreciated by the Union Bargaining Committee.
