CenturyLink (Butler, PA) Bargaining: Report 2

The Union Committee met again today with the Company in Butler, PA. Talks today were mostly productive and there was movment on many issues including EIPP, Leave of Absence, Sick Time, additional PTO hours, contract printing, Home Garaging, Standby/On Call and Call Out time. The Union committee also had success in pushing the Company off retrogressive demands related to differentials and holiday pay treatment. There are many issues unresolved and we anticipate another battle tomorrow as we continue to fight for a fair contract.
Talks will continue tomorrow at 10:30 AM. Please contact your Rep with any questions and be prepared to participate in mobilization activities!
