CWA-PIW Bargaining Report 09

The Union and the Company met Tuesday February 14, 2017, for another day of bargaining. The Company informed the Union that the 2016, “Annual Employee Bonus” will not be paid in 2017, because PIW missed the $1 million dollar revenue mark that triggers the bonus payout. When asked why, the Union was told the Company didn’t meet the census as the main reason. If this doesn’t get you fired up and ready to mobilize, what will?
During the 2 days of bargaining both sides tentatively agreed to the articles covering “Non-Discrimination and Substance Abuse.” The there are issues the 2 sides are far apart on, but there are issues that we are close to agreeing on also. Now more than ever is the time we need ALL members to step up their mobilization efforts to show the Company our Solidarity during this time.
We need you to “Stand Up & Fight Back”
