Dex Media Bargaining Update: Friday, May 13, 2016

Although the ratification vote of all five(5) separate Bargaining Units was to reject the contract, the vote of each individual bargaining unit was mixed.

As these are separate and distinct Bargaining Units, it was necessary to reflect the vote of the membership separately.

Therefore, by vote of the Pennsylvania and Potomac bargaining unit membership both the Pennsylvania and Potomac contracts are ratified.

Dex Services has been informed and will abide by the terms as of the effective date.
