Duquesne Club Bargaining Update #3

The Union and the Company met on Thursday, September 16, 2010 in Greentree, PA.

The Company and the Union reviewed proposals that have been passed and clarified the intent of some of the proposals. The Union is expecting the Club to present more information on Health Care early next week.

Currently we do not have any agreements and will provide more information after we meet with the Club on Tuesday, September 21st.
