Members Ratify 4-Year Contracts with State of Delaware

CWA District 2-13 and Local 13101 are pleased to announce the ratification of the Tentative Agreements with the State of Delaware. The two four-year agreements will provide members a minimum base wage increase of 10.9%, with most members receiving between 13%+ to 16% + over the term, due to Career Longevity Salary Schedules. In addition, Mechanics who maintain the fleet of State Police Cruisers will see their base wages increase 30%+ over the term of the agreement.
This agreement was made possible by the unwavering support and dedication of the CWA represented working men and women of the Department.
