Organizing Win at Wells Fargo

Last month, CWA Local 13000 welcomed their newest members from the Havertown, PA branch of Wells Fargo. On Tuesday, May 28, Wells Fargo employees voted "yes" to join CWA and bargain for better pay, staffing levels, and work-life balance. They are the third Wells Fargo branch to join District 2-13, along with Wilmington, DE and Virginia Beach, VA. The Havertown branch is another organizing win for the Wells Fargo United (WFWU) nation-wide movement, which launched in 2021 and is the only public effort by Wells Fargo employees to organize a union.
