SuperMedia Bargaining 2012: April 20, 2012 Report

The parties have agreed to extend the contract beyond the Saturday, April 21, 2012 deadline. Either party may cancel the agreement with seventy-two (72) hours notice.

The parties will meet off the table in a final effort to achieve settlement on the Article 11 Benefits issue, which has been a central piece to this round of bargaining.
