VCS Bargaining 2011: Report # 12
Today your Bargaining Team met with VCS and listened to Rejection after Rejection. The rejected proposals that we received today dealt with the following:
- 401(K) Contributions
- Holidays
- Movement to Core
- Management Rights
Your Bargaining Committee reviewed all of the rejected proposals and made counterproposals on some of the Union’s proposals that were rejected by the Company.
We need to keep the pressure on the Company and let them know that we will not go back. We will not stop until we get a fair contract and with your help from the field we will accomplish that together.
REMEMBER, ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY ALL OF THEIR PROPOSED CHANGES ARE JUST “MINOR ADJUSTMENTS.”
It’s all about good Union Jobs!!!
