Verizon Local 13000 Bargaining Report: Friday, March 18, 2016

The Union and the Company met today and the Union provided the Company with a Counter-Proposal regarding the Verizon Facilities Technician. The union proposal addresses contractual provisions, work jurisdiction and wage issues. This is the last company proposal remaining on the Local table. The Union has several of our outstanding local issues still remaining and will continue to have further discussions on these issues next week. The Local table convened for the week and will look to resume negotiations next week. Make plans to be out with your brothers and sisters this weekend keeping the pressure on the company at every level.
