Winner of the 2011 Vincent & Patricia Maisano Scholarship Announced

The winner of the 2011 Vincent & Patricia Maisano Scholarship is William J. Fabrizi, Jr.  Mr. Fabrizi is the grandson of a CWA Local 13000 retiree.  He is a full-time student at Penn State University.
