Verizon has broken promises to customers and communities up and down the Eastern Seaboard. It promised to install FiOS, its high-speed internet service and cable alternative in these states. But regulators and researchers say Verizon broke its promise.

Where’s our FiOS? Millions of customers can’t get it.
