Windstream PA 2018 Bargaining Report #4

The CWA Bargaining Team reports:

The Union met with the company today to continue working towards a new contract. While we were able to achieve gains in regards to inclement weather, the company had very little to offer in answers on our contract labor information demands. It also has little interest in addressing your concerns as we voice them at the bargaining table. There are still major issues that need to be addressed regarding wages, health insurance, and working conditions.

Bargaining is scheduled to resume tomorrow morning. Be prepared to get involved with mobilization activities. We are all in this together.
