VCS Bargaining 2011: Report # 41
Your VCS Bargaining Team met with the Company again last week in an effort to reach a Fair and Equitable Agreement but unfortunately there was little or no movement on the Company’s part. Your Committee presented the Company with a comprehensive counter proposal pertaining to the Company’s earlier RETROGRESSIVE proposal dealing with Healthcare. We are scheduled to meet with the Company again on the afternoon of February 28th and hopefully at that time we will finally hear something positive from them concerning the medical benefits that we deserve because of our hard work and because of the profits this GREEDY corporation has been able to enjoy because of that hard work. We must continue to MOBILIZE everyday so we can make sure this Company clearly understands that we will not go BACKWARDS and that we are prepared to do what is necessary to accomplish that goal. Together we can prevail but we must continue to turn up the heat because that is the only thing this group of GREEDY corporate executives understand. This must be done through our MOBILIZATION activities at every Verizon Wireless Store throughout our areas, coordinated with your Local, as well as our other activities on the job and in our communities. It’s time for each of us to let our families, friends and communities know that this corporation doesn’t care about people or the damage they do to them and their families through their actions and we must also let everyone know that the only thing they do care about is MONEY no matter how badly their GREED impact the VCS employees, their families or their customers. Your assistance is essential to accomplish our goals in this round of negotiations. Thanks for your support in the past and now more than ever we need your continued support so we can all win this FIGHT!!
IT’S TIME TO TAKE BACK THE MIDDLE CLASS!!
