CWA Local 13000 organizer Dave Hoskowicz reports an eighteen (18) "yes" to ten (10) "no" election victory at CenturyLink in Chambersburg, Pa. This is the second organizing victory this year for Dave and Local 13000. Dave's hard work and strategy has paid off with the assistance of a strong inside committee and Joe Kopeck, a Unit President of Local 13000 who works in the organized unit of CenturyLink.
