AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: # 7

One week into bargaining and AT&T continues to use stall tactics at the bargaining table. The Union has open information requests going back weeks and the company continues to stonewall and play dumb when it comes to information. The bargaining team is here to bargain and will do whatever it takes to get the information so our proposals are based on the most accurate and current information. As always, the Union will be here one day longer and one day stronger than the company.

The Union did pass proposals about safety and non-discrimination. The company forces employees, under the threat of discipline, to come to work when State and Local governments close the roads and transit systems due to inclement weather. If the State and Local government declares a state of emergency, we know that even AT&T can figure out it’s not safe to get to work and workers should not be penalized for it!

Stay strong Sisters and Brothers!!
