Comcast Corliss Bargaining Report #24

The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee has reached a Tentative Agreement with Comcast over the Corliss bargaining unit! The Committee reports:

The Union bargaining committee met with the company today in an attempt to finalize terms on an agreement that we can bring to you to vote on. During today’s session we were able to achieve that goal and are happy to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with the company today. The Union team recommends ratification of the CBA.

Improvements/Changes to the contract include:

 

  •  A new 3 year term expiring on May 20, 2022
  •  Full retroactive back pay
  •  Yearly general wage increases
  •  Pre GWI salary adjustments
  •  Probationary Period
  •  Meal Breaks and Work Breaks
  •  On Call/Standby Duty and Pay
  •  Seniority, Layoff and Recall
  •  Discipline
  •  Bereavement Leave
  •  Post-Accident Drug/Alcohol Testing
  •  PTO Availability
  •  PTO Scheduling
  •  Union Orientation
  •  Absence
  •  Labor Management Meetings
