The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:
The Union committee met by phone with the company a number of times on June 2, 2021 and today, June 4, 2021. The company continues to make unacceptable wage proposals and has been in no hurry to reach an agreement. We presented a proposal this afternoon that was designed to find the middle ground necessary to resolve the open proposals and bring us to a settlement. The company reviewed the proposal and bargaining ended for the day without a single response. We have given the company a series of dates to get back to the table.
