Comcast South Hills 2026 Bargaining: Report #2

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Team reported:

The Union Bargaining Committee continued to meet with the Company with the Company over the last two weeks, Monday October 26 and Tuesday October 27, 2026, as well as the past two days, Tuesday November 3 and Wednesday November 4, 2026, through Friday October 16, 2026, in Carnegie, PA. While bargaining started positively and productively it ground nearly to a halt when the discussions turned to wages. The fight over wages took almost all the time spent at the table over the last two weeks as we worked on the best contract to present to you, the Membership.

Late yesterday we reached a tentative agreement on a new three-year contract with changes including:

• Individual wage adjustments
• Annual GWIs
• On Call/Standby pay
• Temporary Assignment
• And others

Please make plans to attend the explanation/ratification meeting, which is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Elizabeth V.F. Co. at 106 Market Street, Elizabeth, PA 15037.

The Bargaining Committee greatly appreciates your support, looks forward to seeing you at the meeting and recommends ratification of this agreement.
