Graphic Audio First Contract Negotiations: Summary of 3/25/26

BARGAINING UPDATE – WE HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT

The Union and Company met today to continue to work through remaining issues on Graphic Audio/RBMedia’s decision to lay off 22 Bargaining Unit members. As of 5:30 p.m. ET, we have reached an agreement.

Details on the severance package and other benefits, terms and conditions will be provided by Graphic Audio to each Affected Employee via email this Friday, March 27th. The Company is working to put together a complete Memorandum of Agreement, including any Exhibits mentioned in the Agreement, along with a Separation Release Agreement. Once you receive the Agreements, please read through the documents ASAP and prepare any questions you need answered.

The Union will hold an informational Town Hall Meeting this Friday, March 27th at 6pm ET. The Bargaining Committee will walk through both documents, and then there will be an opportunity for BU members to ask any additional clarifying questions. 

This meeting is open to everyone in the Bargaining Unit, both Affected and Retained Employees. Any member of the Bargaining Unit who is unable to attend the Town Hall may request a link to the recording of the event by emailing Lisa Fazzini ([email protected]). This recording is for that individual’s eyes and ears only. Please do not share private information about your fellow BU members.

Please note: The Agreements include deadlines by which Affected Employees will need to return signed documents in order to receive severance benefits. The timelines are limited. This call will be your best opportunity to learn about the details of the Agreements and ask any questions you may have so that you can make an informed decision by the stated deadlines.

This was a challenging decision to work through and each team, both the Union and the Company, brought worthwhile insights to the table. Your Bargaining Committee continued to work through difficult proposals and language strikes while remaining committed to finding a solution that serves the impacted employees. We believe the outcome reflects that effort.
