The Bargaining Team interrogated Comcast over givebacks it is seeking, ending with many questions still left unanswered. The Team will continue to the fight for a fair contract.
The Bargaining Team reported productive talks and approached resolutions to many issues, but ended abruptly when the company countered with a request for additional givebacks.
CWA Bargaining Committee reaches one-year extension agreement with CCI for the CLEC contract.
CWA signed a Memorandum of Agreement with LifePath for increased starting wage rates.

The Bargaining Committee spent much of the bargaining time combatting Comcast’s attacks on bargained-for rights. The Committee continues to promote an agenda that will improve members' working conditions.

The CWA joint District 1 and 2-13 Bargaining Committee announced that the membership ratified the tentative agreement with Thryv management. As previously reported, the Committee was able to defeat or mitigate Thryv’s attack on the contract and the protections it provides the members. Congratulations to the membership and Bargaining Committee!

CenturyLink PA members ratified their TA this month, and the joint District 1 & 2-13 Committee reached a TA with Thryv. The Appreciation/Hero MOA with LifePath provides a bonus payment, and Comcast negotiations continue.
