There is a TA for the Comcast Alle-Kiske group. A comprehensive report on the changes to the contract will be distributed to the membership for review prior to the ratification meeting, which is scheduled for 6/16/21 at 7PM.
The company continues to make unacceptable wage proposals, while the Union presented a proposal designed to bring us to a settlement. Negotiations continue.
CenturyLink VA bargaining sessions are scheduled in June and the contract's expiration date extended. Negotiations with Comcast over the Alle-Kiske contract continue. Tentative Agreements were reached with the State of Delaware and ITS. By mutual agreement, LifePath negotiations are on hold.
Negotiations with LifePath were scheduled, but the expected revenue reimbursements due came in woefully short. Both parties agreed to continue under the extension agreement until ample funding has been secured.
The Bargaining Team made progress on many issues, including wages, but still need to resolve a couple of items before they can bring the contract to the Membership for a vote.
LifePath and CWA have agreed to restart negotiations to see if we can reach an agreement while Pennsylvania continues to work on upgrading the reimbursement that LifePath financially depends on.
The CWA Local 13101 Bargaining Committee is pleased to report that the CBA for Social Workers/Case Managers with DHSS has been ratified with a unanimous YES vote.
The Bargaining Team reached a Tentative Agreement with ITS this afternoon. ITS members' ratification ballots are due no later than 5/28/2021.
