DE Dept. Of Health & Special Services Contract Ratified

The CWA Local 13101 Bargaining Committee is pleased to report that the CBA for Social Workers/Case Managers with DHSS has been ratified with a unanimous YES vote. 

As reported earlier, this contract marks the first time in Delaware State history that Senior Social Workers/Case Manager members have achieved a wage package that is guaranteed through Collective Bargaining.
