Frontier WV/VA 2017 Bargaining: Report 11
The Union and the Company met this week. The Union Bargaining Committee continues to wait on the complete healthcare data. The additional data will help us to review and analyze healthcare spending. We are tentatively scheduled to meet with the Healthcare Consultant the week of August 14, 2017. The Consultant’s task, in part, is to help identify unnecessary expenses in our healthcare that do not relate directly to our coverage.
Bargaining will continue next week.
The Union Bargaining Committee wants everyone to stay focused. This is a process that is going to have its highs and lows. The end goal for everyone is to maintain our standard of living. Members impact the negotiations by staying in touch with their mobilizers and participating in every activity.
