USAirways Bargaining Update: February 2012

On Wednesday, February 1st, we met with the company and agreed to the final incorporation for integration of Letters of Agreement into Articles 12, 14, 19, 20 and 36. The Company delivered its counter proposals of the integration of Letters of Agreement into Articles 2, 3, 5, and 7. We agreed to the final incorporation for integration of Letters of Agreement into Articles 2, 5 and 7. The Company delivered its proposal for integrating the Letters of Agreement into Article 6. The Committee stayed to put together a counter proposal to be submitted the following day.

On Thursday, February 2nd, we met with the Company and discussed Articles 4, 9 and 17 LOA integration and agreed to the final incorporation for integration of Letters of Agreement into Article 6. The next scheduled bargaining session is in Tempe, Arizona on March 27, 28 and 29.
