American Red Cross – National Addendum

The National Coalition of Unions met with the American Red throughout November. Negotiations addressed hours of work, staffing, overtime and premium pay, holidays, and the Retirement Plan. The Coalition reiterated that Red Cross will not gut healthcare.

CWA Local 13500 and LifePath signed a Memorandum of Agreement regarding a 2021 holiday incentive pay.
