The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

The Union and company met today, June 7, 2021 in an effort to resolve the last open issues and secure a new contract. It has been a long 13 months and we are happy to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement. We appreciate your support as we worked to reach the terms of this new agreement.

Changes and improvements include:

• Lump sum adjustments to base wages
• Annual wage increases
• Improved minimum wage rates for all titles
• Improved Meal Allowance
• Improved Standby Pay
• Better Training language
• Better Inclement Weather language
• Changes to Temporary Assignment language
• Improved Bereavement Leave
• Changes to Summer Overtime
• and many others

Later today, we will be mailing a comprehensive explanation for you to review before our explanation/ratification meeting which will begin promptly at 7:00 PM on June 16, 2021 at:
