CCI ILEC 2020 Bargaining Report 5

The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

The Union committee met with the company by conference call several times today. Progress was made on resolving a number of issues including meal allowance, boot allowance, lay-off allowance, SIPP and standby. While progress was made today we continue to remain far apart on other key proposals including wages and the company continues to submit proposals that will negatively impact the contract. We are scheduled to resume bargaining tomorrow at 9 AM and will continue to fight for a fair contract that we can present to you the Membership.
