Tentative Agreement Reached with The State of Delaware, Dept. Of Health and Special Services

The Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, the parties have reached a tentative agreement on a first contract covering terms and conditions of employment for Senior Social Workers/Case Manager employees.

Details of the Agreement will be provided at a yet to be scheduled membership meeting, prior to the Ratification vote of the membership. Your Bargaining Committee will cover the agreement in detail and address questions.
