MX1 Bargaining Report 4

The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

The Bargaining committee met with the company the last two days, September 17 and 18, 2019. The Union placed an additional 9 proposals on the table including Wages, 401k and Healthcare in addition to various other economic proposals. The Company gave us 2 new proposals which we are reviewing. They look to secure rights for the Company and could have potential impacts on the bargaining unit. We will proceed with caution and make sure that we secure an agreement that addresses your needs and provides a strong future. We have introduced 39 proposals in total at this time, including many of our economic proposals which are intended to help raise wages and provide growth for you and your families.

Three more tentative agreements were reached this session on proposals that were passed at the last session. Your Bargaining team remains committed to settle for nothing less than a fair agreement. Stand Behind Them! Stay United!
