Frontier WV/VA 2017 Bargaining: Report 28

The Union Bargaining Committee and Company Bargaining Committee met today.  The Company presented a package offer which, among other issues, includes for the first time since bargaining began their healthcare plan.  Also included in this package is the elimination of Employment Security that would result in over half of the bargaining unit not having protection. 

Protecting Employment Security is the top priority during these negotiations.  The Union Bargaining Committee is reviewing the details of this Company package and preparing a response.  The Committees will reconvene tomorrow.
