Duquesne Club Bargainig Report #6
The Union and the Company met on Tuesday, September 28, 2010. We have agreed on several non-economic tentative agreements as reported in the previous update.
Currently we are reviewing the Healthcare Proposal presented by the Club. The Club is proposing an increase in monthly premiums based on an increase in the Highmark Benefit Plan, see chart below:

Additional CAPS – The company has proposed to pay the first 3% of increases each year. The balance will be split evenly – not to exceed $20 individual / $40 other for 2011. $25 Individual and $45 other for 2012. $30 Individual $55 other for 2013.

We are continuing to work on the wage rate tables for higher increases over the contract and will update further developments as progress is made.
