AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #53

Our Legacy T Bargaining Team has been meeting informally with the Company and internally with our Union researchers to work on a plan to improve the Pensions of those on the Cash Balance Account. We also continue discussions on Health Care, Retiree issues, and the few remaining Local issues.

Vice President Maly will be holding a call tonight to review the current situation and mobilization plans.
