AT&T Legacy T - Bargaining Report #65

While most were starting their July 4th holiday, our Legacy T Bargaining Team met with the Company until after 10:30 on Tuesday night. We closed the gap on several issues and made some gains in Article 39, 45 and also some CBA improvements. We also made some movement on the subcontracting committee. However, there is still too big a difference in our proposal for our watermark and the company’s last proposal and health care, wages and traditional pensions are all unresolved.

There will be no bargaining today but we plan to meet all day on Friday.
