Bargaining Report #23: Frontier Communications

The Union and the Company met twice today.

In the first meeting the Union and the Company had an extensive conversation about some of the Company’s issues they brought to the table. During the second meeting the Union asked a number of additional clarifying questions about contracting.

The Bargaining Committee wants everyone to keep in focus that this is not a quick process. This is a long journey that is going to have highs and lows. The end goal for everyone should still be to maintain or even improve our standard of living. Each member can impact the negotiations by making sure they stay in touch with their Local’s mobilizers and participate in every activity when they are asked.
