Bargaining Report #30: Frontier Communications
No formal bargaining meeting took place today. However, the Bargaining Chairs for the Union and the Company met informally. In addition, the Call Out Sub Committees met and continued discussion.
The parties have recessed and are scheduled to reconvene on September 9, 2013.
To date we have been in bargaining for seventy-three (73) days. Not one item has been resolved at the bargaining table. The Bargaining Committee remains focused on the issues our Members have indicated are important to them: Job Security, Wages, Compensation, Health Care, and Pension.
The Bargaining Committee wants to recognize Local 2004 for their mobilization activities and their Informational Picket this morning.
