PA AFL-CIO: VP Ed Mooney Testifies At Public Hearing On Telephone Deregulation

On Thursday, the Pennsylvania House Consumer Affairs Committee held its first public, informational meeting on HB 1608, Verizon’s deregulation legislation. The room filled was by CWA Local 13000 and 13500 members and officers wearing red, and joined in solidarity by PA AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Frank Snyder, IBEW Third District Staff Representative Mike Welsh, and other union representatives.
