AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #31
After attending a march and rally from the AFL-CIO Headquarters to the office of the US Trade Representative, to protest TPP (which is another reason we need strong job security language), your bargaining team went to the table expecting responses to our last proposals. Instead the Company proposed to carry over two letters which are already in the contract - no response on wages, no response on pensions and no response on medical.
Every day it looks more and more like the Company is either incapable of getting down to serious bargaining or is just refusing to. If they think we will sit here for months and our members will go back to business as usual they are seriously mistaken.
Your Bargaining Team,
Bill Bates
Laura Unger
Lois Grimes-Patow
Martha Flagge
Mary Ellen Mazzeo
LaNell Piercy
Roy Hegenbart
