2016 CWA District 2-13 Conference

Please don’t forget to complete your Conference Registration Form as soon as possible.  Along with your registration form, include a check payable to: CWA-District 2-13 in the amount of $90.00 per delgate and/or alternate to help cover the costs of the conference.  Checks and registration forms are to be forwarded to: Alicia McCants in the Philadelphia District office at 230 S. Broad Street, 19th Floor Philadelphia, PA 19102.

We have blocked a large number of rooms at The Hershey Lodge at the group rate of $169.00 per night. However, you will want to book your rooms early to get the group rate.

Tell the reservation desk you are booking for the Communications Workers of America.  You are, however, encouraged to book your rooms via the website listed above.  The guaranteed special room rates expire on September 9, 2016.  After that date you may pay higher room rates and the Hotel will be permitted to release the rooms blocked for our conference.
