CWA-PIW Bargaining Report 03

The Union and the company met today, October 26, 2016. The day was spent exchanging proposals. PIW presented proposals regarding a new attendance plan and substance abuse policy plus revisions to the arbitration procedure. The Union countered the company’s discipline proposal and presented new proposals on job posting and bidding and paid days leave/extended sick leave. The Union will continue to review the company’s new proposals and prepare to respond to them in a manner that will benefit our members. Bargaining resumes tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 27th.
