CWA Local 13000 Organizing Victory!

Today, workers from Frontier Communications located in New Holland, PA voted overwhelmingly 12-1, to have CWA be their choice of representation with the company. The new unit is comprised of Communications Technicians, Central Office technicians and Retail Sales Associates. These workers stood together as Frontier held numerous captive audience meeting with Senior Level Executives attending. Wearing red shirts and wristbands, they entered and exited each of these meetings as a group to show their solidarity. They were prepared for the rhetoric and could not be swayed. We’re proud to welcome our new brothers and sisters and wish them the best of luck as they now are preparing to bargain their first contract.
