CWA-PIW Bargaining Report: May 1, 2017

The Union and the Company met on Monday May 1, 2017. The Company passed several proposals to the Union, which we will be reviewing these proposals. The Union also submitted a counter proposal to the Company and both sides have tentively agreed to one proposal. We were scheduled to meet on Tuesday May 2, but that meeting had to be canceled. We are scheduled to meet at the end of May to resume bargaining. We ask that you continue with your mobilization efforts in the workplace. It's going to take everyones involvement to help win a good contract.
