Comcast South Hills Bargaining Report #1

The Union Bargaining Committee met with the Company today, Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in Carnegie, PA. Proposals were exchanged over the Recognition clause, Voluntary Benefits, On Call/Standby Duty and Pay, Training, 4-10's, Holidays/Holiday Pay, Discipline Language, Substance Abuse Policy Language, and PTO/TTO Scheduling. While many of these discussions were positive, there is still much to discuss and bargain over to secure a fair contract for the Membership. Bargaining is scheduled to resume tomorrow, Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the West Regional office in Carnegie. Contact your Branch Rep or Steward to learn of Mobilizations and to get more details about progress at the bargaining table. Now is the time to ask what you can do to help!
