LifePath 2017 Bargaining: Report 7

The Bargaining team met last Thursday with LifePath and passed a comprehensive proposal for settlement that addressed wages, Medical Benefits, and a host of other important issues the members have requested improvements in.

LifePath’s response, although slowly moving in the right direction, has been less than overwhelming as they continue to refuse many of our proposals. We continue to work on your issues, your agenda, while addressing theirs. After all, bargaining is a give and take process.

However, we will not just bargain with ourselves.

We will resume our meetings on Tuesday, where we hope the additional movement that is needed from LifePath to conclude with a contract that you will be proud of will begin.

The current contract expires this Saturday at midnight.
