CenturyLink (Butler, PA) Bargaining: Report 1

The Union and the Company met the last two days in Butler, PA. Talks centered around many Company proposals focused on stripping your contract of many job protections. There were proposals submitted on contract printing, home garaging, overtime and differentials including Sundays, short term disability, PTO allotments, all outs, standby, job titles, EIPP, 401K, and bereavement. The Union will fight for a fair agreement that we can all be proud of. There were also many productive discussions at the bargaining table that will help us create additional proposals and counter proposals to best represent your needs.
